DCJS has updated its credential management system to LOTUS
If you finished your training and the DCJS LOTUS system is still showing your training is outstanding please contact DCJS and let them know that your records are not reflecting correctly.
If you are renewing your registration, you DO NOT need to redo your FINGERPRINTS/BACKGROUND CHECK. This is an error that some registrants are seeing in the new DCJS system, please contact them to correct this on your profile.
***Registrants must access the course certificate, once they finish and pass the course exam, for their course completion to be sent to DCJS automatically. If you do not do this, there may be a delay in reporting time. All online submittals are submitted to DCJS once training is completed. This is an automatic process. Please ensure your DCJS 99# is correct (the one you input when registering for training) on your profile page. The 99# should start with 99- followed by 6 or 7 digits.
